Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the services provided by Gryf.ai Dawid Wachałowicz, ul. Wspólna 26a, 37-420 Rudnik nad Sanem, Poland, VAT ID: PL6020096319 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
The Service Provider can be contacted by electronic mail at: kontakt@gryf.ai.
2. Scope of services
The Service Provider delivers services in technology consulting, deployment of IT solutions, business process automation and the creation of dedicated applications and assistants based on artificial intelligence (AI).
The detailed scope, schedule and cost of individual services are agreed with the Client on a case by case basis in the form of a separate contract, order specification or quote accepted by both parties.
3. Conditions for providing services by electronic means
Proper use of the website and communication services requires a device with internet access, a web browser and an active email address.
The User or Client is prohibited from supplying content of an unlawful nature and from taking any action that could disrupt the correct functioning of the Service Provider's IT systems.
4. Conclusion and termination of the contract
Services are commissioned once the Client accepts the quote and specification. Such acceptance may take written or documentary form (for example an exchange of emails).
The rules for terminating the contract and the conditions of any notice period are set out in the individual contract with the Client. In the absence of a separate contract, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply.
5. Complaints procedure
The Client has the right to submit complaints regarding the services provided. Complaints should be submitted electronically to: kontakt@gryf.ai. A complaint should contain a detailed description of the problem and the Client's identifying details. The Service Provider undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 business days of receipt.
6. Protection of intellectual property
All materials, source code, graphic designs and concepts created by the Service Provider are protected by copyright. Transfer of economic copyright to the Client takes place solely on the basis of express provisions of a separate contract, after full payment has been settled.
7. Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The Service Provider will announce any changes to the terms on its website. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
